Every event includes full setup, professional wait staff, and complete pack-down service.
HLB Catering builds fully customised menus for each event, accommodating dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and kosher-friendly options. The team services Melbourne CBD, Bayside, Brighton, Mentone, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Macedon Ranges, Geelong, Ballarat, and Bendigo, transporting all food in refrigerated vehicles to maintain temperature and freshness from kitchen to venue.
HLB Catering provides wedding catering, corporate event catering, birthday catering, cocktail functions, grazing tables, buffets, shared feast platters, bowl food, and plated sit-down meals. Quotes are provided within 24 hours of enquiry. Events with 70 or more guests qualify for a complimentary menu tasting. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, with full payment required 21 days prior to the event date.
