The earlier the better, especially for larger quantities or specific dietary requirements, since fresh preparation is scheduled around the day’s orders. That said, we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests where the kitchen and delivery schedule allow, so it’s always worth asking even if your event is close.
Most hot canapés, cold canapés and petit fours have a minimum order per variety, generally somewhere between 10 and 30 pieces depending on the item, shown against each item on the menu. Some platters and boxes, like fruit platters or sandwich boxes, are sold as a single item instead.

Full-service catering with setup, waitstaff and pack-down is also available for larger weddings, corporate functions and private events, arranged separately through a custom quote.
