Can you cater for events under 50 guests?
Yes. For 30-49 guests we offer a self-service buffet with 2 mains, 3 sides, garden salad, pilaf rice and dinner rolls. Same quality, without wait staff.
How long does buffet food stay hot?
About 1 hour from when guests start eating. Most events everyone’s eaten within 45-60 minutes. For larger events we stay back until every guest is satisfied. Need it longer? We can customise that.
Do you handle dietary requirements?
Yes. Every menu item is clearly marked (GF, V, VEG, VO). We handle coeliac, dairy-free, nut allergies and religious dietary needs.
Can buffet catering work for a wedding?
Absolutely. We set up with fresh flowers, elegant tiered displays and professional service. Guests get choice and generous portions at a better price point than plated. We regularly cater weddings from 50 to 200+ guests.
What’s the difference between buffet and bowl food?
Buffet is a central station guests visit themselves. Bowl food is walking dining where waiters circulate with individual bowls. Buffet suits larger seated events, bowl food suits cocktail-style standing events.
