We run everything out of our commercial kitchen in Mentone, a straight run up the highway into Richmond, Abbotsford and East Melbourne. Most of the heavy prep happens before we leave. Cold items travel in refrigerated vehicles, hot items get finished on-site, and your food arrives the way it’s meant to taste.
We handle the inner-east logistics regularly, including events along Swan Street and Church Street. Our chefs bring what they need to finish and plate on-site, working with whatever kitchen space your venue has. You focus on your guests, we handle the rest.
