We’re proud to call one of Victoria’s oldest wine regions home. Our story began in 2011, when an Italian family with a love of food, tradition, and the land planted the first olive trees on what would become LAC Estate. When we took over, we inherited more than a farm. We inherited a way of life.
We fell in love with the rolling vineyards, the mature olive groves, and the idea that great food brings people together. Every bottle of our extra virgin olive oil is a tribute to the passion and care that started here, and to the community we’re building now.
In our very first season entering the Australian International Olive Awards, we were honoured with a Silver Medal in 2025. It’s a proud milestone and a reminder that when you respect the land and pour your heart into your work, good things follow.
