We portion our buffets to ensure every guest eats very well. When you order for 50 guests, we’ll have enough for 50 guests to enjoy generous portions of all dishes. Our portions are restaurant quality, not skimpy caterer portions. You don’t need to over-order or pad numbers. Order for your actual guest count and everyone will be satisfied.

What’s a good buffet menu for 100 guests?

For 100 guests, we recommend our standard package with 3 mains and 3 sides. Choose a mix like roasted scotch fillet, sticky soy chicken and harissa eggplant (covering meat and vegetarian), paired with roasted lemon potatoes, watermelon feta salad and chilli maple carrots (mixing hot and cold).
